Bethel Self Storage Park in Monticello, N.Y., has joined other luxury storage facilities around the nation to achieve Class A toy storage status. Expansion of the facility allows the operators to now provide its customers with access to a variety of drive-up storage units to safely stow their belongings, including RV and boat parking spaces for customers who don’t have room at home for their vehicles.
The operators wrote and submitted a press release (about the benefits of their facility) to local media outlets, letting the general public know the site’s location and services. The story explains that self-storage units can be used for a variety of reasons, with the most common reason to store belongings that are taking up space at home. However, self-storage units can also be used to temporarily hold items during a move, to store holiday decorations that are out of season, and to keep bikes, kayaks and other outdoor recreational equipment—such as RVs, boats, jet skis and the like—until they’re ready to be used.Â
In terms of storage unit sizes, Bethel Self Storage Park offers both small and large options. Their 5′ x 5′, 5′ x 10′, and 10′ x 10′ storage units are ideal for storing smaller items that don’t take up a lot of space. Their 10′ x 15′, 10′ x 20′, and 10′ x 30′ units have more room for customers who have vehicles and household items to store.
The storage units come in both drive-up and indoor-access options. The drive-up units increase accessibility and convenience for RV and boat owners. Depending on the unit selected, customers also have access to lights, power, passcode pin pads and other additional layers of security. The facility itself is gated and monitored by 24/7 video surveillance.Â
Each of these items are elements that categorize the facility as Class A storage, identified by Toy Storage Nation as having the four following features: full perimeter fencing, security gate for entering and exiting, paved surfaces and covered storage (to protect outdoor recreational vehicles from the elements).
In addition to the self-storage units, Bethel Self Storage Park also provides RV and boat parking. These parking spaces keep vehicles safe and protected when not in use. They have lots of room, too, so steering the vehicles into the spaces is easy.
“Our facility offers drive-up self-storage units and indoor-access self-storage units, so every renter can find a unit that fits their needs,” said a spokesperson for the company. “We also have space for large vehicle storage, such as RVs or boats, and our facility is protected by our top-notch security features.”
Bethel Self Storage Park has been providing professional self-storage solutions since 2010. In addition to Monticello, the company also serves Bethel, Callicoon, Liberty, Cochecton, Narrowsburg, N.Y., and the surrounding rural areas.
