Core Realty Advisors has big plans for expansion in Georgia, including development of four new self-storage facilities:
- Auburn Avenue Storage, a three-story, climate-controlled, 57,000-net-rentable-square-foot facility in Columbus;
- Lake Lanier Storage, a two-story, climate-controlled 75,000-net-rentable-square-foot facility in Flowery Branch with 49,000 square feet of vehicle storage;
- Ridgewalk Storage, a two-story, 83,000-square-foot facility in Woodstock; and
- Georgetown Storage, a four-story, 120,000-net-rentable-square-foot facility in Dunwoody.
