Go Store It Self Storage, a subsidiary of Madison Capital Group Holdings, and Snapbox Self Storage have merged, combining their platforms to oversee more than 10 million square feet of storage space and 146 locations across 23 states. Operating under the Go Store It brand name, the new entity is designed to enhance operational efficiency and spur growth in three key areas: acquisitions, development and third-party management, according to a press release.

Naples, FL Executive Workshop The executive-leadership team includes:

  • Ryan Hanks and Jake Ramage, co-CEOs
  • Matt Lang, president
  • Scott Hasting, chief financial officer
  • Evan Stephens, chief investment officer
  • Beau Agnello, chief operations officer

“The merger with Snapbox Self Storage represents a transformative step for both companies, providing the combined company with a more robust platform for growth and operational efficiency,” Hanks said.

“The Snapbox team is excited to join forces with Go Store It,” Ramage said. “While the increases in operational scale and efficiency are key benefits of the merger, equally compelling is how well our skillsets and cultures align. We are confident that together, as one team, we will build one of the premier self-storage platforms in the U.S.”

The merged company remains dedicated to delivering superior customer service while maximizing investor returns through strategic development and acquisition initiatives. With a strengthened national presence, it’s well-positioned to leverage its collective expertise and pursue growth opportunities more aggressively, the release stated.

Go Store It and Snapbox are portfolio companies of FrontRange, a real estate private-investment group that has invested $100 million into Madison Capital and its affiliates. FrontRange has made a general partner commitment to the new entity. Established in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2013, Go Store It operates 96 self-storage locations and has nine under construction.

Founded in 2013 in Philadelphia, Snapbox owns and manages 50 self-storage facilities nationwide.
