Toy Box Boat & RV Storage has opened a new heated storage facility on West 33rd Avenue with 88,665 feet across 141 RV and boat storage units.
Property management company Storage Asset Management made the announcement this week via news release ahead of the facility’s opening.
According to the release, the indoor parking storage units range in size from 12-foot-by-30-foot to 15-foot-by-50-foot and provide additional amenities such as a dump station, ice and propane gas.
The facility also features a fenced perimeter, gated entrance with keypad entry, and on-site recording cameras. The Nokē Smart Entry System allows tenants to access units via smartphone, which qualifies the site as a Class A+.
