Benson Construction is serving as the general contractor in the construction of a LuxeLocker Storage facility at 14585 West El Sol in Goodyear, Ariz. They were scheduled to break ground on the site on December 12.
Forge Metal Buildings will supply and erect all steel for the 140,090-square-foot facility. Among its 206 units, 145 units with powered overhead doors, LED lighting, and 110V outlets will be available for rent. In addition, 61 luxury units will be sold as individually owned condominium units.
Amenities at the gated property include a cutting-edge Avigilon security system, climate-controlled storage, a wash bay, on-site restrooms, an RV dump station, air compressor, and fresh water. The project is expected to open in January 2026. It will be LuxeLocker’s ninth property in the state and its third in the Phoenix Valley.
