Outrig has expanded its national storage portfolio from 12 to 14 properties with the acquisition of two premier RV storage facilities in California. Oakley Executive RV and Boat Storage in the Bay Area and All Valleys RV Storage in the greater LA market are Outrig’s third and fourth acquisitions in the state, and they represent premier RV and boat storage offerings in their respective submarkets. With California’s strong recreational market, the state remains a primary focus of Outrig’s expansion strategy.
Both transactions align with Outrig’s objective to build an industry-leading portfolio that provides RV owners with a full suite of amenities and services. In the near-term, both properties will be rebranded as Outrig facilities.
