A young couple’s passion for luxury vehicles is being taken to the next level, as they have opened a specialty storage facility tailored for collector cars, watercraft, ATVs and luxury vehicles in Somers, Conn.

The aptly-named Specialty Storage is open at 265 Field Road, the longtime site of Conval, a machine shop. Owners Nick and Angelica Rolocut bought the property a year ago and worked extensively to renovate the premises.

It was very dirty and with random mezzanines all over. Now it is one open warehouse with fresh paint, epoxy floors and is clean.”

Nick Rolocut owns CT Ceramic Coatings, a high-end car detail shop in Windsor Locks that specializes in ceramic coating, paint protection film and window tints. He has more than a decade of experience in the automotive industry.

“He was constantly getting asked about spaces to store vehicles in the wintertime, and we were able to find this property to purchase and start our new business venture together,” Angelica Rolocut said.

Luxury Vehicle Storage Facility Opens In Somers, Conn. The newly opened facility contains more than 30,000 square feet of storage space, as well as high ceilings ranging from 10 to 16 feet. Each space is equipped with security features and customizable storage options, ensuring that every vehicle is protected from the elements and remains in pristine condition.

To celebrate its opening, the Rolocuts hosted an indoor vendor and craft fair in January.
