Attendees of the Toy Storage Nation RV & Boat Storage Workshop hit the jackpot of education at our most recent workshop, April 25, in Las Vegas. Hosted in partnership with Inside Self-Storage World Expo, the event drew high numbers of developers, investors and operators placing their bets on the future success of toy storage.
Despite economic headwinds, RV and boat storage still remains a hugely viable investment option. Optimism was shared by numerous presenters to an eager crowd of entrepreneurs.
In addition to engaging in numerous presentations, attendees were treated to a tour of a nearby Class A storage facility–Love’s Storage RV & Boat–guided by Baja Construction’s Aric Nissen and Mark Dirato.
Returning from the site visit, attendees enjoyed lunch and sessions on storage development, investing, owning and operating.
