Located on Torrey Road, off U.S. 23, this is the company’s sixth property in Genessee County and the 71st in its portfolio. The 97,200-square-foot property has a mix of drive-up units and RV/boat parking spaces for a total of 700 units. It offers 
24-hour digital surveillance. Lake Fenton Self Storage will be rebranded under Pogoda’s National Storage flag and added to the www.storenational.com website.
With over 700 storage units, the facility offers a wide range of unit sizes to accommodate everything from household items and furniture to business inventory and equipment. In addition, it provides vehicle storage, offering more than 150 RV parking spots and enclosed storage units large enough to house RVs, boats and trailers.
The facility is fully fenced, providing a secure perimeter, and each unit features an individual door alarm, offering an extra layer of security and peace of mind.
