Toy Barn has plans for a sprawling 205,000-square-foot site offering ample space for storing luxury “toys” owned by Scottsdale’s affluent residents.
According to BizJournals, Toy Barn North Scottsdale signals the company’s ninth location, pushing the boundaries for upscale storage services. Headquartered within the upcoming Mack Innovation Park, this Toy Barn chapter claims a notable 10-acre site.
The acquisition, finalized on June 12, represents a strategic move by the company into a burgeoning commercial hotspot. Toy Barn’s Principal, Jason Phillips, confirmed in an ABC 15 interview that they aimed to be an integral part of the industrial park since its inception.
Groundbreaking is set for winter, marking the start of a space where Scottsdale’s well-heeled can safely store their prized possessions. The location represents prime real estate, along the highly visible Loop 101 frontage and extending towards 91st Street on Bell Road. With two other facilities already established in the city, Toy Barn North Scottsdale is poised to become a flagship presence among the trio, vaulting the brand into higher echelons of the luxury storage market. The sheer magnitude and envisaged state-of-the-art design of the facility underscore a clear understanding of the target clientele’s expectations and lifestyles.
