Keller RV Storage in Fort Worth (two properties, Keller East and Keller West) and Boat Stop Storage in Corpus Christi mark Outrig’s first acquisitions in the state, each representing a best-in-class offering in their respective regions.
Both Corpus Christi and Fort Worth are major hubs for outdoor recreation, offering year-round access to lakes, coastal waters and regional parks. These transactions support Outrig’s broader objective of building an industry-leading portfolio given the properties offer top-tier amenities tailored to the needs of RV and boat owners.
In the near term, both properties will be rebranded under the Outrig name and integrated into the company’s national platform. The Keller facilities offer premium enclosed, covered, outdoor and self-storage units, while the Corpus Christi location provides indoor and outdoor storage just minutes from a fully equipped boat launch complete with parking. Both properties 
feature enhanced security, modern customer service platforms and top-tier amenities tailored to the needs of today’s RV and boat owners.
