Madison Capital Group Holdings, a leading developer and operator of high-quality, suburban multifamily communities, self-storage, alternative storage, commercial and marinas, has promoted Christine Russo to Chief Operating Officer.
A key member of the leadership team at Madison Communities, the multifamily subsidiary for Madison Capital Group Holdings, Russo holds 28 years of experience in multifamily housing operations, development and asset optimization. She most recently served as president of operations, overseeing property performance, lease-up strategy and value-add initiatives for Madison Communities. Her tenure has resulted in driving disciplined growth and operational excellence across the company’s portfolio, scaling it to 23 properties across the Sunbelt.

In her new role, Russo will oversee all aspects of corporate operations, construction oversight, lease-up execution and property management as Madison Communities continues its expansion across key Southeast markets. The company currently has more than 4,000 units under development and a portfolio footprint spanning six states and 15 cities.
