Toy Storage Nation has wrapped up another successful RV & Boat Storage Workshop, this time in Anaheim, Calif., July 18, 2025. The event brought together dozens of developers, 
investors and operators with RV & boat storage experts and vendors–all sharing their experiences in this booming industry.
Despite economic headwinds, RV and boat storage still remains a hugely viable investment option, according to numerous presenters who discussed topics ranging from feasibility, security and technology to financing, investing, marketing and more. Attendees were also able to engage in roundtable discussions dedicated to truck parking, flex space and insurance services.
In addition, TSN’s Workshops always bring attendees on a Class A facility tour, led by the experts at Baja Construction. For the Anaheim event, attendees boarded buses to Cajalco Temescal RV Center in Corona, Calif., where Aric Nissen and Mark Dirato pointed out specific design features and led a question and answer discussion.
