Boardwalk Development Group LLC, a private-equity investment company that operates the 
Boardwalk Storage brand, acquired Louisville Road Mini Storage at 201 Scotty’s Way in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
It’s the company’s 39th acquisition overall. Founded in Atlanta in 2016, Boardwalk now owns and operates self-storage and boat storage in five southeast states: Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina and Tennessee. Its acquisition and development portfolio exceeds $300 million.
