The Self Storage Association (SSA) is celebrating its 50th anniversary at its Fall Conference & Trade Show, Sept. 2-5. In addition to numerous educational sessions, a packed exhibitor hall and Grammy-winner Darius Rucker performing at the grand celebration gathering, the event features numerous roundtable discussions to gain valuable insights into different aspects of the storage industry.
Included among the roundtable discussions is “Building and Scaling an Institutional Grade RV/Boat Storage Portfolio,” presented by Troy Bix, founder of Toy Storage Nation, and Devin Beasley, Executive Director of Capital Markets in the Recreational Property Advisors department of Cushman & Wakefield. Both presenters are extremely well versed in developing and investing in RV and boat storage and serve on the Toy Storage Nation Board of Advisors.
During the session, Bix and Beasley will discuss key data points and information on developing and building Class A boat and RV storage. They’ll cover best practices for scaling a Class A boat and RV storage facility and scaling a brand in this fast-growing asset class.Â
Roundtable discussions are scheduled for September 4, from 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at the Aria Resort & Casino. Topics cover a wide range of developing and managing storage facilities. Attendees are invited to spend 15-minute intervals at the most relevant topics for them to advance their industry know-how and success.
