Carefree’s site at 3830 Parker Road, which is about a mile away.
The transaction was brokered by Chad Snyder and Tyler Trahant of Dominus Commercial, an affiliate of Argus Self Storage Advisors, a Denver-based network of real estate brokers who specialize in storage properties. Carefree operates seven facilities in Arizona and Texas and has two under development. Based in Portland, Oregon and founded in 1999, Business Property Trust is a real estate investment firm that also operates the Bargain Storage brand.
