Stella Marinas, in partnership with Drake Real Estate Partners, has acquired South River Marina and Turkey Point Marina & Yacht Club in Edgewater, creating one of the largest marina destinations on the Chesapeake Bay.
The combined property features more than 500 wet slips and dry racks, making it one of the largest boating facilities in the region. Located just five miles from Annapolis and less than 30 minutes from both Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, the marinas are situated in a protected cove with direct access to the Chesapeake Bay.
Boaters at the expanded facility will have access to lift slips and dry rack storage for powerboats up to 40 feet, as well as a full range of marine services from experienced technicians. Amenities also include fuel, dry winter storage and a waterfront restaurant.

New Partnerships Enhance Offerings
As part of the expansion, Stella Marinas announced two new partnerships to further enhance services at the South River location. Five Star Hospitality will open the High Tide Grill, offering casual waterfront dining. Rudy Marine will also join the property, providing Jeanneau outboard-powered cruisers and Bentley pontoon boats for sale on site.
