West Coast Self-Storage has opened a new, state-of-the-art facility at 83534 Dr. Carreon Boulevard in Indio, Calif.
Serving residents and businesses throughout Indio and the greater Coachella Valley, West Coast Self-Storage Indio features climate-controlled, drive-up and covered and uncovered units for RVs, boats and vehicles.
It offers extended access hours, online rentals, U-Haul truck rentals, a full line of moving boxes and packing supplies, as well as 24-hour digital video monitoring, gated access with personalized PIN code entry, a fully fenced perimeter, bright LED lighting, and an onsite management team.
The project was made possible through the efforts of Northwest Building LLC, which served as both property owner and developer. Magellan Architecture provided architectural design, with civil engineering by Lars Andersen & Associates. Structural engineering was handled by HW Engineering and Consolidated Contracting served as the project’s builder.
