Why Does It Matter?
Toy Storage Nation tracks RV shipments to forecast future need for professional storage units. Currently, the United States supply of RV storage facilities falls far short of meeting demand. The number of RVs being shipped tells us that more Americans are buying these big outdoor toys, forecasting an even greater need for developers to get to work.
Current estimates by data experts at Stortrack recently reported that 100% more facilities are needed to house current and incoming supply of RV purchased by Americans, especially if they live in HOA-restricted communities.
