Jessica serves on multiple self-storage association boards and lives in Jacksonville, FL with her family.

Andrew Jones has been in the self-storage business for the last decade working for Yardi, Extra Space and JustStorage before co-founding OTR Truck Parking, where he remains co-owner. He currently serves on the Toy Storage Nation Advisory Board in addition to serving as Vice President of Property Member Optimization at Truck Parking Club, the largest truck parking marketplace in the United States that connects truckers with secure parking spaces for hourly-to-monthly needs.

With over 40 years background in construction and development Jo Beth heads the feasibility division for Development, Services Inc. Her expertise helps to provide balanced well thought out reports that are reality driven and integrity based. In addition to site specific studies, using a reverse analytical study, she has developed a program to assist developers in finding viable areas.
