Mark and his team ensure customers develop successfully with confidence, avoiding common pitfalls to achieve exceptional results.

Greg founded Self Storage Consulting Group (SSCG) in 2008. He discovered that designing a facility from an operator’s perspective allows for reduced long-term overhead and operational deficiencies, which play a pivotal role in establishing higher values. Greg has demonstrated his understanding of the storage industry by developing a group of companies that have tremendous synergy that adds value to any storage project.

Andrew has been in the self-storage business for the last decade working for Yardi, Extra Space and JustStorage before co-founding OTR Truck Parking, where he remains co-owner. He currently serves on the Toy Storage Nation Advisory Board in addition to serving as Vice President of Property Member Optimization at Truck Parking Club, the largest truck parking marketplace in the United States that connects truckers with secure parking spaces for hourly-to-monthly needs.

Cody joined MakoRabco in 2019 and serves as Southwest Regional Sales Manager. Drawing on his background in multi-family general contracting and engineering, Cody ensures efficient project execution, cost optimization, and timely delivery. David is Head of Self-Storage and VP of Operations at Alchemy Insurance Solutions. With over 13 years in the self-storage industry, he oversees the SBOA Insurance Services team at Alchemy, including both the award-winning SBOA Tenant Insurance program and commercial insurance solutions, helping owners and operators protect their assets and maximize revenue. David is passionate about delivering tailored insurance solutions that support the unique needs of RV/boat storage and self-storage businesses nationwide.

With 30+ years of experience growing and scaling businesses, Aric is a seasoned leader in renewable energy and construction. He co-founded EnergyTek, which develops/invests in innovative solar solutions, and is CEO of Baja Construction, specializing in design, engineering and installation of solar carports and canopy RV/boat storage. Baja’s experienced team and construction crews deliver high-quality, tailored solutions that drive success.

Nathaniel is the Senior Manager of Business Development at SBOA Insurance Services, which is powered by Alchemy Insurance Solutions. With nearly a decade of experience in client management and sales, he leads growth across the award-winning SBOA Tenant Insurance Program as well as property and liability solutions tailored for RV/boat storage and self-storage operators. Nathaniel works closely with owner-operators nationwide to simplify onboarding, improve revenue outcomes and ensure compliance, helping them offer strong protection while reducing day-to-day operational lift.

With over 40 years of experience in construction and development, Jo Beth heads the feasibility division for Development Services Inc. Her expertise helps to provide balanced, well-thought-out reports that are reality-driven and integrity-based. In addition to site-specific studies, using a reverse analytical study, she has developed a program to assist developers in finding viable areas.
