Cristian’s career in self-storage spans multiple roles, beginning at US Door Building Components in drafting, project coordination, and sales. He later represented Storage Structures in Florida and internationally, then joined Janus International in Estimating and Technical Sales. After a tenure at ROCKWOOL Group managing Florida and Export Sales, he joined MakoRabco. He also co-founded and served as VP of the Latin America Self Storage Association (LASSA).

Devin Beasley is the Executive Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Recreational Property Advisors team. Specializing in Marinas, RV & Boat Storage, and RV Resorts, Devin has extensive experience partnering with both private and institutional clients in both an advisory and transactional capacity. His client-first approach enables the growth of long-lasting relationships while providing the best strategic short and long-term plan specific to each investor.

With 40+ years of experience, Mark has built dozens of Class A RV/boat storage facilities across the country. As a national expert in steel canopy construction, he’s worked extensively with Baja Construction customers on projects that have shaped industry standards. Mark and his team ensure customers develop successfully with confidence, avoiding common pitfalls to achieve exceptional results.

Greg Ellsworth founded Self Storage Consulting Group (SSCG) in 2008. Greg discovered that designing a facility from an operator’s perspective allows for reduced long-term overhead and operational deficiencies which play a pivotal role in establishing higher values. Greg has demonstrated his understanding of the storage industry, by developing a group of companies that have tremendous synergy which add value to any storage project.

Bryan Hargett, Chief Operating Officer- Bryan is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day construction activity to ensure project requirements are met while maintaining operational efficiency throughout. Drawing on over four decades of combined experience in the general construction and storage/metal building industries, he places an emphasis on quality, professionalism, and attention to detail that results in both client satisfaction and company success.

Andy Hayes serves as the Director of Acquisitions at Go Outdoors, a joint venture between SHD and Monarch Alternative Capital. Go Outdoors acquires, develops, and operates outdoor recreational hospitality assets nationwide, with a primary focus on marinas and RV resorts across the U.S. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has worked in the real estate industry throughout his career, joining SHD in 2022, one year prior to the launch of Go Outdoors in June of 2023.

Andrew Jones has been in the self-storage business for the last decade working for Yardi, Extra Space and JustStorage before co-founding OTR Truck Parking, where he remains co-owner. He currently serves on the Toy Storage Nation Advisory Board in addition to serving as Vice President of Property Member Optimization at Truck Parking Club, the largest truck parking marketplace in the United States that connects truckers with secure parking spaces for hourly-to-monthly needs.

Steve Lucas is the CEO and Managing Partner of The Storage Group®, an award-
winning digital marketing agency for the storage industry. He leads the company in
delivering innovative products and services, with an emphasis on the customer
experience. Steve helped introduce ClickandStor®, the storage industry’s first online
rental tool. He is also a respected public speaker and serves on several industry
association boards and committees.
