The Voice of the Recreational Vehicle Storage
Our executive leadership team has well over 100 years of combined experience in the B2B self-storage and media industries. As industry leaders, they have pinpointed an existing need for an advocate partner for the expanding Executive Level Class A Recreational Vehicle Storage Industry.
Executive Level Class A Facilities are characterized by the following features: perimeter security fencing, paved or concrete travel and parking lanes, canopy or fully enclosed construction, and a self-operated facility gate. An A+ facility also includes high-level security and user-friendly technology.
At the very least, Class A storage must meet the following qualifications:
- Be built on a paved lot.
- Be enclosed with secure fencing.
- Have a security gate for entering and exiting.
- Have canopy structures or fully enclosed units to protect vehicles from the elements.
All four of the above must be included to be considered a Class A facility. Going a step beyond is Class A+, in which a facility is completely automated with touchless technology such as the Nokē Smart Access System that allows tenants to enter the gate and their unit through a phone app.
Expert data predicts that there are approximately 2,000 exclusive Executive Level Class A Recreational Vehicle storage facilities nationwide and 7,000 hybrid conventional self-storage facilities with Class A Executive Level Recreational Vehicle storage spaces.
By analyzing the last three years of production and sales of RVs, combined with the production schedules and backlogs of the top five RV manufacturers, it’s easy to see the overall deficit of Executive Level Class A storage facilities across the US.
Our mission is to be “The Independent VOICE of the Recreational Vehicle Storage Industry,” spoken through the following channels.
