Georgetown (Williamson County) — A Georgetown developer was recommended for a storm water permit for a recreational vehicle and boat storage facility at Tuesday’s Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
The project, Crestview RV & Boat Storage, is on 11.04 acres of undeveloped land located at 6200 North Interstate 35 in the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.
Trevor Doelling, the developer, owns the property through the entity Motion Properties, LLC.
Doelling is proposing to construct 14 buildings, 17 canopy structures, and a shaded kiosk. The plan requires the demolition of headwalls and a culvert, a fence and the removal of two electric poles.
Round Rock-based Place Designers, Inc. released a site plan with the following specs:
- Canopies 1-4 4,280 SF
- Canopies 5-9 4,615 SF
- Canopies 10 -17 4,362 SF
- Buildings 1-6 4,500 SF
- Buildings 7-8 4,480 SF
- Buildings 9-14 4,680 SF
- Six-foot iron wrought fence
- Detention pond
- Well
- Dump station
- Swing gate
- Water storage tank
- Two, 12×30 foot dumpster pads
- 69.34% impervious cover (332,252 SF)
- 99,228 SF of river rock
Georgetown-based Texas Land Surveying, Inc., geotechnical engineers SCI Engineering and septic designers Wukash Designs are on board the project.
