The Details: Say Hey LLC has begun construction on Verdi Executive RV and Boat Storage. Located just west of Reno, Nevada on Interstate 80 and comprising 278,000 sq. ft. of covered RV and boat spaces, it will be the first Class A toy storage in the region, serving Reno, Tahoe, and the Bay Area.
The cutting-edge facility will include.

Reno firms, Frank Lepori Construction Co. and Gabe Wittler of Odyssey Engineering are leading the design and build. Robert Hayworth of Oakley Executive RV & Boat Storage is serving as the lead consultant, and engineering and building the canopies with Baja Construction.
Funding for the project was secured by Moe Kruger and his team at Live Oak Bank in Wilmington, NC. Verdi Executive RV & Boat Storage is expected to open the first 170 spaces in the Fall of 2021 and the remaining 360 spaces in the Spring of 2022.
