A soon-to-be completed storage facility at Lake Havasu in Arizona will be selling units to boat owners to store their prized possessions in a unique condo storage concept. The facility, Paradyme Storage, has upbeat advertising that asks boat owners a probing question:

What Paradyme is bringing to market:

- Insulated units with electrical and plumbing,
- Garage depths ranging from 40 feet to 80 feet deep, and
- Modern industrial design with 24-hour security surveillance.
Potential clients are encouraged to bring their boats, RVs and toys to wholly enjoy the Havasu life.
The company’s website indicates that many storage condo-units have already been sold. It also states that toy storage owners can customize their units to fit their personalized storage needs.
The website maps out seven distinctive buildings with storage, designed to be rolled out in five phases; buildings A, B and C are already complete, with plans to finalize buildings D, E and F in the future.
