Storage Ninjas Acquires Triple 7 Storage

Storage Ninjas, a family owned and operated company in Nebraska, is proud to announce the acquisition and management takeover of Triple 7 Storage in conjunction with Upper Space Group, a self-storage development company based in New York. The sale was finalized on September 1. The facility is located at 525 West Walnut Street, Oglesby, IL 61348.

Now known as Bon Voyage Storage, the facility includes approximately 81,000 square feet of fully enclosed warehouse storage. Prospective tenants can choose to store their boat or RV in an enclosed space on pavement or in a covered, three-sided canopy or uncovered space on Gravel.

“We are excited to be part of the Oglesby community,” co-owner and Sensei Katherine D’Agostino said. 

“We are doing a complete overhaul of the facility and upgrading it to the premier boat and RV storage option for the Starved Rock State Park area. I look forward to making big changes in the coming weeks to optimize the facility operations and customer service with valet service and added amenities.”

Bon Voyage Storage will be transitioned to an online rental portal and an automatic gate will be installed to improve tenant access. The new ownership will upgrade the facility by remodeling the building and adding 24/7 camera surveillance, a new perimeter fence, a paved entry and secure holding lot.

The facility offers month-to-month rentals (as opposed to seasonal contracts) to better accommodate tenants’ schedules, and they can rent any time of year. Furthermore, tenants can get access to pick up their vehicle anytime with 24-hours’ notice and drop off their vehicle in the secure holding lot at their convenience.
