Entrepreneurs from across the country gathered in Reno for our one-day “express to success” TSN Executive RV and Boat Storage Workshop, leaving the day with a wealth of information to develop, operate and manage facilities in this industry.
Attendees learned from and interacted with a line-up of industry experts who’ve pioneered this industry, who project that this industry will continue going gangbusters for many years to come. In addition, participants took a field trip–led by Bob Hayworth of Baja Construction–to a nearby Reno facility, Stead RV & Boat Storage, to see how Class A development can really improve the rate of return for developers, owners and investors.
“It’s the best thing that I’ve ever done,” says Bob Hayworth of Baja Carports and Construction, reflecting on his decision to develop a Class A RV and boat storage facility of his own. Empowered by the success of his first project, he is in the process of expanding this “side hustle” through partnerships.
