LaTerra and Fry’s have formed a joint venture to redevelop Fry’s real estate holdings by building retail, self-storage, and RV and boat storage (46,000). The Irving site would have more than 191,000 square feet of storage, including 46,000 square feet for boat and RV, plus 116,000 square feet of retail. Construction is expected to start in the second half of 2023. Similar projects are planned at Fry’s locations in Burbank and Sacramento, Calif.
