A 95,000-square-foot boat and RV storage development is proposed off Thompson Mill Road near Spout Springs Road in South Hall, near Gainesville, Ga. The development was approved Monday, Jan. 8, by Braselton Town Council.
The 95,000-square-foot covered boat and RV storage development is proposed behind the Oaks at Braselton senior living center off Thompson Mill Road in South Hall.
The 5-acre development, also next to Harrison at Braselton apartments off Spout Springs Road, would consist of six buildings, according to Braselton planning documents.
The property is now wooded and undeveloped, and the development would be “isolated from public view” because of its location behind Oaks at Braselton, documents state.
Kent Henderson of Murrayville is seeking a conditional use permit for the development from Braselton.
