Wisconsin Planning Commission To Review Vehicle Storage Plans

The Delafield, Wisc., Planning Commission is scheduled to review requests from Lake Country Toy Box, a vehicle storage facility proposed to be built at N47-W28229 Lynndale Road, at an upcoming meeting.

According to the staff report for the meeting, the applicant for Lake Country Toy Box received approval for plans back in August of 2022. However, no action took place and the approvals expired. He has since resubmitted plans, which the town engineer has reviewed and recommended approval of.

Applicant Tim Beaudry wishes to construct 47 vehicle storage unit condominiums each sized 30 feet by 50 feet on approximately 11 acres of land. The buildings would be in clusters of two to six side-by-side units. Since the storage units would be individually owned, the property would be accessible 24/7. Units are proposed to contain an office, a bathroom and a mezzanine with balcony access.
