In partnership with Linkvest Capital, Futura has completed the development of Nona Cove Self Storage, a four-story, 90,000-rentable-square-foot facility on 2.2 acres in Orlando, Fla. The property, which operates under Extra Space Storage management, is part of FUTURA at Nona Cove, a master-planned community spanning 17 acres. It offers climate-controlled storage and features an 8,000-square-foot retail component, covered loading bay, electrical access in units, electronic gate access and video surveillance, as well as RV and boat parking.
